From the day our puppies are born until the day they go home with you, we begin the process of raising and training. The first few weeks are mostly full of love, touch, and nurturing according to ENS strategies. Pups are exposed to family and children during this time to begin their socialization. Around weeks three to four, we begin exposing our pups to car travel, crates, and new experiences (indoors and outdoors) while being mindful of each new exposure introduced and keeping each pup's stress level low.  People from outside the home and other trusted pets are also introduced to the pups at this time to promote additional socialization and train pups to be comfortable around new situations. Between week four and six, we begin introducing some basic fundamentals of potty-training and grooming practices including brushing, trimming, and bathing. Early introduction to these skills helps set each pup up for success with their new family and groomer once they are taken home! Each pup's personality really starts to show during these weeks, and we carefully adjust each pup's training and experiences based off their comfort level and needs. We believe that when a dog is raised with intention, love and care, they will provide their future owners with years of loyal companionship and countless snuggles.
